How do I get started for Anger Management?

 

Step 1:  Complete Sign up form on the Services Page.

Once you have received confirmation of receipt of you signing up,

Step 2:  Complete Registration Questionnaire. Submit registration fee of $15 below (price includes registration fee and cost of certificate)

Step 3: Email completed Registration Packet to angermanagementoftheupstate@gmail.com

Step 4:  Make your session payment prior to the start of each session.  Payments are nonrefundable.

Payments must be paid prior to the start of each session unless paid in advance. We accept Cash, credit card, CashApp, money order. No personal checks accepted. Credit cards payments can be made on the Sessions Payment page under Anger Management Sessions Payment.

How do I get started for Parenting?

 

Step 1:  Complete Sign Up form on the Services page.

Once you have received confirmation of receipt of you signing up,

Step 2:  Complete Parenting Intake Form

Step 3: Email completed Intake Form to angermanagementoftheupstate@gmail.com.

Step 4:  Make your $65 payment prior to the starting.  Payments are nonrefundable.

We accept Cash, CashApp,Visa, MasterCard, money order and cashier's check. American Express and personal checks are NOT accepted. Credit cards payments can be made on the Payment page under Parenting Payment.
